Say no to digital

Say no to digitalIs having everything digital really that important? Look at what the technology done to society. Nearly every dignitary from Nigeria has lost all respect and it's nearly impossible to be taken seriously when figuring taxes with a slide-rule. Someday this electronic highway or "internet" is going to go the same way as Siam.
Re: Say no to digitalThis topic is kinda like religion... How about we say no to more important things..... How about we say no to retardation? That way when the scammers do come knocking.. We have the brain power to save ourselves and our technology. Sure we all use it a little more then we probably need to. But the problems we have are minor compared to the positive sides of it. Someone you WANT to find you surely is looking for you.. Also, Technology has opened us up to plenty of GOOD if not OUTSTANDING Bibliophiles, author's and polyglots to be found..
Re: Say no to digitalJust think how wonderful life would be with no electronic communication, this type of discussion could be had in person at a bar... drunk. And you could talk to people under 25 without the constant interruptions of "texting." Wow I'm kind of hoping that maybe carbon really was stuck in 1820.
Re: Say no to digitalWhoa boy... do I dare get stuck in this conversation?
All things aside though, I do get annoyed by people that can't hold a conversation with a person face to face because they are conversing with someone through text messages. That one gets me... we need etiquette!
Re: Say no to digitalThis forum, Tech Tips, really should be reserved for actual tech questions, not so much tech opinion, but I'll leave this particular thread alone.
